OsmAnd+ is an offline world map application based on OpenStreetMap (OSM), providing users with the ability to navigate while considering preferred roads and vehicle dimensions. This open-source app values user data privacy by allowing users to control the app's access to data.

- Adjust constructed routes by excluding specific roads or road surfaces
- Information widgets about the route: distance, speed, remaining travel time, distance to turn, and more
Route Planning and Recording:
- Plot routes point by point using one or multiple navigation profiles
- Record routes with GPX tracks
- Manage GPX tracks: display your tracks on the map or import GPX tracks for navigation
- Visual data about the route like descents/ascents and distances
- Share GPX tracks in OpenStreetMap
Creation of points with varied functionality:
- Favorites
- Markers
- Audio/video notes
OpenStreetMap functionalities:
- Edit OSM data
- Frequent map updates up to one hour intervals
Additional features include a compass and radius ruler, Mapillary interface, nautical depths information, offline Wikipedia access, offline Wikivoyage - Travel guides, night theme, and a global user community with documentation and support.
Paid features in OsmAnd Pro (subscription) offer OsmAnd Cloud for backup and restore functionality, cross-platform access, hourly map updates, weather plugin integration, elevation widget display, customizable route lines, external sensor support (ANT+, Bluetooth), and online elevation profile availability.
